Q: What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Since all our products are 100% customized, 100% custom paper tubes have 2000 pcs suggested minimum order quantity. We have done smaller orders, but we find they’re not very cost-effective at lower runs. Let us know what you’re thinking and we can guide you in the right direction.

Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: No, we work on OEM orders. Each product we do is custom.

Q: How long can I get this sample?
A: After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 3-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-6 days.

Q: What is the common delivery time?
A: Normally 20-45 days after confirmation of the order.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.

Q: What’s the guarantee of product quality?
A: We have experienced and skilled laborers and QC team. Please don’t worry about it.

Q: What certification do you have?
A: We have ISO certificates, SGS testing reports, FDA, FSC,TUV,SA8000 and other certifications.All these will guarantee the production process going on smoothly and the goods in high quality.

Q: What are the Payment terms?
A: All customizations require a partial deposit with the balance due prior to shipping.
